Why, when we go to see a film, are we disapointed when the damsel and the knight don't hook up?
Why are we distressed when the villian wins?
Why enraged when it doesn't end in a cliché?
Why have we become so accustomed to clichés that anything new is a letdown?
We have become so attached to the old, that new has become an annoying, nagging feeling in the back of our minds.
New means change.
And change means finally realizing there is a need.
Change means recognizing that we aren't always right.
We hate to be proven wrong.
Change is like the epiphany we never had because we were to stuck being self-righteous procrastinating chickens!
